Welcome! This series of affirmations and tips are designed to enhance your self-awareness, the quality of your relationships, and your overall happiness.
Our patterns of thinking lead to our perceptions of ourselves and others, and out of those perceptions we react and take action. By selecting our thoughts, we begin to form new ways of processing our experiences and develop conscious, productive ways of interacting with life.

Bring It
I bring that which I seek to the now moment.
I take loving, appreciative, or healthy action in this moment. If I am loving, there will be more love in the relationship. If I am appreciative, there will be more gratitude in the relationship. If I am healthy, the relationship will be healthier.
By focusing on what I can bring to the moment, I am engaging my personal power and making a difference.
TIP
Act in the Present Moment
Worry and complaints place our minds in the future or past, respectively. Have you ever noticed that worry and complaints tend to perpetuate the negativity? They also tend to put our happiness or peace of mind in the hands of someone or something outside of our control.
There is no action we can take in the past or in the potential future. However, by being self-aware and grounded in the moment, we can creatively try a new positive action and bring a new experience to ourselves and our relationships.
If you find yourself falling into habitual patterns, you will benefit from seeking self-awareness and considering if you are operating out of past experiences or future worries.
